shouyou.me ("we", "us") operates a small collection of browser games hosted at www.shouyou.me (the "Site"). This policy explains what happens to your data when you visit the Site or play our games. It is written to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).
Game saves (on your device only). Your game progress, settings and
statistics are stored in your browser's localStorage. This data never leaves your
device unless you deliberately export it, and we cannot read it.
Analytics (with your consent). We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate usage (pages visited, session duration, device type, country). Analytics cookies are only set after you click "Accept all" in the cookie banner. If you reject, we receive no analytics data from your visit.
Advertising (with your consent). Once advertising is enabled on the Site, third-party vendors, including Google, will use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our sites and/or other sites on the Internet. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or reject advertising cookies in the banner below.

We process analytics and advertising data on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time with equal ease (see the button above). Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

Because analytics data is pseudonymous and aggregated, in practice you can exercise these rights by rejecting analytics cookies (button above) and clearing your browser storage. For any specific request, contact us via GitHub (see section 8).
We use Google Analytics and (in future) Google AdSense. Google processes data on servers in the United States under Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. The Site itself is hosted on Vercel's global edge network; Vercel acts as a data processor under GDPR and does not use your data for its own purposes. No other third parties receive your data. We do not sell your personal information.
The Site is not directed at children under 13 (COPPA) or under 16 (GDPR Art. 8). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Cookie consent choices are stored in your browser for up to 12 months. Google Analytics retains usage data for 14 months (configurable by us). Game saves stay on your device until you clear your browser storage.

We may update this policy when the Site gains new features (e.g. enabling advertising). Material changes will be announced via the cookie banner, which reappears whenever the consent categories change.
